EMS Express Air Parcel Post
AUD $34.95. Estimated delivery time is 4-8 business days. Orders are securely packed within a tough plain brown carton for security, privacy and discretion. The delivery fee includes a parcel tracking number which is emailed to you, and signature on delivery.

Standard Air Parcel Post
AUD $24.95. Estimated delivery time is 8-12 business days. Orders are securely packed within a tough plain brown carton for security, privacy and discretion. The delivery fee includes a parcel tracking number which is emailed to you, and signature on delivery.

Orders placed on a weekend, public holiday, or after 2.00pm AEDT on a weekday are dispatched the next business day.

Your order will be shipped by Australia Post and delivered by New Zealand Post. You may also use the NZ Post website for parcel tracking in conjunction with Australia Post tracking at https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking.

Correct address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when completing our secure checkout. If you've discovered it is not correct after completing your purchase, please contact us asap to have it corrected. Alternatively you can have your parcel redirected by logging into the Australia Post website.


Liability
Once a parcel is in possession of our freight carriers (Australia Post and New Zealand Post), wandoriginal.com is not liable, nor compensates for any delayed deliveries that may occur that are beyond our control.

If you have supplied an incorrect or incomplete delivery address for your order, wandoriginal.com is not liable for delayed, lost or incorrectly delivered parcels. If your parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address (return to sender), re-delivery to a correct or alternate address is at the customers expense.

For any reason, if a shipment has been fulfilled for an order, original shipping charges incurred to us or to the customer are non-refundable.

ATL (authority to leave). When you give authority to leave, you’re allowing Australia Post and/or New Zealand Post and their delivery contractors to leave your parcel unattended at the delivery address without a signature. If you opt for authority to leave your parcel unattended, wandoriginal.com will not be responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages once delivered.

Redirection. If after a parcel has left our premises and is in possession of our freight carriers (Australia Post and New Zealand Post), if a delivery redirection to a new address and/or cancellation of signature on delivery has been made by the customer to Australia Post or New Zealand Post, wandoriginal.com will not be responsible for any damaged, lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered packages.
